For all Read Hero Part Time Teachers, the management provides a Professional Teacher Kit worth RM100 as preparation before teachers begin teaching.
The Professional Teacher Kit includes:
• Read Hero training
• Teaching materials
• Teacher references
• SOPs & teaching modules
• Teaching support from trainers & management
All training and teaching systems are fully guided by the Read Hero team without any additional training fees to help teachers feel more prepared and confident while teaching.
Some of the teaching materials provided are reusable materials that will be used throughout the teacher’s active period with Read Hero. Therefore, these materials must be returned to the management if the teacher is no longer active with Read Hero in the future.
Read Hero Loyalty Appreciation Programme
Teachers who remain actively teaching with Read Hero for a minimum of 12 months, while complying with SOPs and taking good care of the teaching materials, will be eligible to receive the Read Hero Loyalty Appreciation during the final termination/exit clearance process as a token of appreciation from the management.
Eligibility is subject to:
• Minimum active period of 12 months
• Return of reusable teaching materials in good condition
• No pending classes/operational issues
• Compliance with Read Hero SOPs and exit clearance procedures
